Bilendi Discuss has what so many other online qualitative research tools lack: absolute smoothness of participation, no additional apps to be downloaded and no confusing usernames and passwords. This has truly been designed with participants in mind.

It was not work it was fun and we had the experience that we have never been so close to our customers when they were buying pencils.

The services we use most often are the ones we know best and are actually with us all the time. In this respect, the idea of surveying consumers via a messenger is almost ingenious.

Found it very easy to use and clear which tasks I have to still complete

This was my first time using this platform (I have no experience using the older version) and I have enjoyed the short amount of time on here. A really good balance of subjects and thought provoking questions, whilst being able to view others and make comments when necessary. I like the layout, really easy to follow and the progress bar helps to see what I needed to complete, overall a very good experience.

I find the platform very user friendly with mostly multiple choice questions, along with videos and illustrations to understand how I can interact and state my point on all of the subjects.
